This is the source used to compile both versions of d64it1b, in it's original turbo/macro assembler format and also exported to petscii.
If anyone makes use of it please let me know!

D64it is a simple program for the c64 to convert from .D64 files (emulator disk images) to a 1541 disk or vice-versa. It's slow but it works! I may attemp to add some turbo routines to it in the future..
Of course to use it you need a device on the c64 that can hold a ~170k D64 file (eg 1581, Ramdisk/REU, CMD hard drive etc).
(btw, yes I know similar utilites to this exist already, it's just an exercise....)

Also available is d128it, which is a native 128 version of d64it (derr..). Works nicely with fast serial devices..

These programs are still kinda beta as they aren't very idiot-proof..
 
Features:

  • Works with all storage devices, including REU's with ramdos
  • Supports paths/partitions on CMD devices
  • Supports CMD 1541 partitions as well as 'real' 1541 drives
  • c128 versions works with fast serial devices like 1581/1571
